Florida's Original Pirate Rum

The Gasparilla Distillery & Cocktail Bar, located in Ybor City is the oldest rum distillery in Tampa, having commenced production of their fine grog in the year 2018 CE or Anno Domini, should you prefer the classic designation.

The ghost of Jose Gaspar and his marauding pirate crew can still be felt within the ancient walls of our distillery and you will be transported to yesteryear whilst savoring Gasparilla Rum or any of our farm to bar top spirits at our buccaneer bar.

Our Cocktails

See our cocktails today, such as our Blue Floridian. We combine our Gasparilla Coconut Rum with our Gasparilla Key Lime Pie Rum and a house made Blue Curacao, along with freshly blended pineapple juice, coconut cream, and fresh squeezed lime that results a deliciously tangy version of a Pina Colada.

The Distillery

Our distilling system is a massive 1000 gallon steel and copper pot and column still that creates perfectly smooth rum to soothe a pirate's parched throat. It is truly a beauty to behold.

Our Craft Spirits

See our products today, such as our Spice Rum. Our Spiced Rum is one of complexity. We start by aging it in bourbon barrels and then add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and a hint of allspice to provide a flavor profile that keeps on giving.
